Opinion

SC2023-1172

10-06-2023

Donald Otis Williams, Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 352011CF000105AXXXXX

Because the petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). To the extent that the petitioner seeks an alternative writ, he has also failed to establish any grounds for relief. Accordingly, the Petition for Writ of Mandamus or Alternative Writ is hereby denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.

MUNIZ, C.J., and CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
