Defendants, through their counsel Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford and Deputy Attorney General Gerald L. Tan, and Plaintiff, Rashad Williams, through his counsel Michael P. Balaban, hereby stipulate that Plaintiff's Complaint in the instant action shall be dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs and attorney's fees.

Order

IT IS SO ORDERED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are DISMISSED as moot. The Clerk of Court is instructed to close the case.
