DEWIGHT WILLIAMS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 195th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F19-76870-N

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated for a hearing on State's Exhibit No. 3. On June 21, 2022, a supplemental reporter's record was filed containing the June 10, 2022 hearing on the missing exhibit, the trial court's findings, and a substitute Exhibit 3.

The trial court found that the State's original Exhibit 3 was actually a blank disk and the Substitute Exhibit 3 contains an accurate copy of the original exhibit, offered at appellant's plea hearing. We ADOPT these findings.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
