DONALD OTIS WILLIAMS Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 352011CF000105AXXXXX

To the extent that Petitioner seeks relief from the circuit court order reinstating his sentence of death, the petition for mandamus relief is denied as moot in light of this Court's order vacating the reinstatement of Petitioner's death sentence in Williams v. State, SC20-275. All other claims raised in the petition for writ of mandamus are hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). Petitioner's all writs petition is also denied.

Further, in light of this Court having lifted the stay in this case on March 2, 2021, Respondent's motion to lift the stay is denied as moot.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.

CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.

HON. HEIDI DAVIS, JUDGE
