On Appeal from the 291st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F16-42251-U

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated for a hearing when appellant's brief was not timely filed. Before the Court is appellant's May 12, 2020 motion for extension of time and his tendered brief. We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER the brief filed as of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; to John Tatum; and to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
