ORDER

Appellant's brief was due on May 18, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On May 30, 2017, after no brief or motion for extension of time to file the brief had been filed, we ordered Appellant to file a response within ten days stating a reasonable explanation for failing to timely file the brief. On June 9, 2017, Appellant filed his first motion for extension of time requesting a sixty -day extension of time to file the brief.

Our May 30, 2017 order is satisfied; Appellant's motion is GRANTED IN PART. Appellant's brief is due on July 10, 2017.
