Present — Cunningham, P.J., Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Taylor and Harris, JJ., who dissent and vote for reversal and for granting a new trial on the ground that the verdict was against the weight of evidence. (The judgment is for plaintiff against defendant Smith Howell Film Service, Inc., in an automobile negligence action.)
