An order having been entered on April 3, 2019 granting petitioner-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Robert A. DiNieri, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Tyson Blue, Esq., 4064 County Line Road, Macedon, New York 14502, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered January 2, 2019, in place and stead of Robert A. DiNieri, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Wayne County, is hereby directed to provide Tyson Blue, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
