Order denying motion to dismiss complaint for insufficiency, or in the alternative to require plaintiff to serve another amended complaint, or in the alternative to require plaintiff to separately state and number his causes of action, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur.
