PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on September 4, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Wonder Williams sworn to March 26, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 24, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 9, 2014, and inserting in its place the date July 8, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 24, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 13, 2014, and inserting in its place the date August 12, 2014.
