JUDGMENT


This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendants David Forrest and Michael Singer's motion for summary judgment is granted and all federal claims brought against them in this action are dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining claims asserted by Plaintiffs are remanded to the 18th Judicial District Court of Johnson County, Texas, for all further proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this judgment and the order adopting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to Plaintiffs and counsel for Defendants.
