Opinion

No. 1D01-1081.

May 17, 2001.

An appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Calhoun County. Michael C. Overstreet, Judge.

Joe Williams, pro se, appellant.

No appearance for appellee.

We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction, but in light of appellant's claim that he was not timely provided a copy of the circuit court's order, we do so without prejudice to his right to seek relief in the trial court by motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540. See Brown v. Florida Parole Commission, 763 So.2d 1262 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).

WEBSTER, BROWNING and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
