There was no error in the action of the Unemployment Appeals Commission in dismissing the appellant's appeal from an adverse ruling of the appeals referee as untimely. See § 443.151(4)(b), Fla. Stat. (2007); Fla. Admin. Code R. 60BB-7.006.

Affirmed.
