ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion for partial relief from stay is also GRANTED as follows pursuant to our authority under MCR 7.209(E)(7). Plaintiff-appellees may file a motion to amend in the trial court to seek to file a second amended verified complaint. Further, if the trial court grants such a motion, plaintiff-appellees may file a second amended verified complaint in the trial court. In all other respects, the stay under MCR 7.209(E)(7) shall remain in effect during the pendency of this appeal, including that there will be no requirement to file an answer to the second amended verified complaint in the trial court while this appeal remains pending in this Court.
