Before the Court are appellant's April 2, 2022 "Motion for Declaratory Judgment Removing Cloud from the Record" and April 25 "Motion for New Trial, Modify, or Amend Judgment to Correct Clerical Error and Discretionary Review." We DENY the motions without prejudice to appellant asserting the arguments made in each motion in his brief on the merits which is currently due on May 4.

On the Court's own motion, we extend the time for appellant to file his brief to May 16, 2022. We caution appellant that his brief must comply with the requirements set forth in Rule 38.8 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.3(a)(1).
