ORDER

Before the Court is the November 13, 2017 request of County Clerk Stacey Kemp for an extension of time to file clerk's record. She asserts an extension is necessary because appellant has not paid the fee for the record. We GRANT the request to the extent we ORDER appellant to file, within ten days of the date of this order, written verification she either has paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We caution appellant that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Kemp and all parties.
