IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Plaintiff JEFFREY CURTIS WILLIAMS and Defendants COUNTY OF MARIN and RICHARD DESROSIERS, by and through their undersigned counsel, that the claims by Plaintiff JEFFREY CURTIS WILLIAMS against Defendants COUNTY OF MARIN and RICHARD DESROSIERS be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, each party to bear their own attorney fees and costs, except as otherwise agreed to by the parties in the settlement agreement.
