On September 24, 2024, appellant Tashia Williams filed a letter asking this Court to dismiss her appeal with prejudice. The letter is addressed to the Court but contains no certificate of service indicating that a copy of the letter was served on appellee Shonda Copeland. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.5(a) (requiring service of all documents on all parties to proceeding).

Accordingly, the Court directs appellant Tashia Williams to serve a copy of the September 24, 2024 letter on appellee Shonda Copeland and provide the Court with another copy of the September 24, 2024 letter with a certificate of service advising the Court the manner in which appellant served appellee. Rule 9.5 permits service by email via the electronic filing manager or by U.S. mail. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.5(b)(1)-(2).

It is so ORDERED.
