ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

On November 3, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion To Vacate Decision in this case. On March 15, 2023, the Court held a remote hearing in this case. After the hearing the parties executed a new decision document reflecting a deficiency in a lesser amount. The proposed stipulated decision was filed with the Court on May 8, 2023. Upon vacating the prior decision, the Court will enter the proposed decision filed May 8, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Vacate, filed November 3, 2022, is granted and the decision in this matter is hereby vacated.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
