On February 16, 2023, the Court received a letter from petitioner which was filed as an imperfect petition to commence the instant case. On April 3, 2023, the Court received another letter from petitioner, explaining more about the case. Upon due consideration and for cause, is

ORDERED that the filing fee is waived. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 8, 2023, the parties shall show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground no notice sufficient to confer jurisdiction upon the Court was issued to petitioner with respect to taxable year 2021.
