ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On March 31, 2023, a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, was filed on behalf of QueAndra N. Campbell, counsel for respondent in the above-docketed matter, by Martha J. Weber. That motion represented that Martha J. Weber would remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Martha J. Weber has never properly entered any appearance in this case, as no sufficient signature was reflected on the Answer filed herein.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, Martha J. Weber shall file a proper Entry of Appearance in this case.
