ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On February 14, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On March 14, 2023, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee.

Further review of the record in this case shows that, to date, petitioner has failed to file a proper amended petition as directed by the Court's Order served December 6, 2022.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition is hereby extended to April 13, 2023. Failure to comply in full with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court.
