This case is calendared for trial at the March 20, 2023, Columbus, Ohio, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (motion) stating that the Appeals Officer and petitioner had not held their appeals conference and additional time is needed to engage in settlement discussions. The motion further states that respondent attempted to contact petitioner, but the number on the petition was out of service. Respondent used another number but was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. As of the date of this filing, respondent's attempts at contacting petitioner have not been successful. Petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown. The Court called the number listed on the petition and received an out of service message.
