ORDER

Upon due consideration of petitioners' Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition (Embodying First Amended Petition), lodged December 13, 2022, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion is granted, and the First Amended Petition is hereby filed as of the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case shall be amended by adding the letter "S" to the docket number and the Clerk of the Court shall process this case to trial or other disposition as a small tax case. It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial in this case is changed to Shreveport, Louisiana. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2023, respondent shall file an answer to the First Amended Petition.
