WEBSTER WILLIAMS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN, CHIEF JUDGE

On December 10, 2023, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion for Entry of Decision, advising that respondent was conceding the case. However, review shows that the attached proposed decision appears to be incomplete, failing to account for additions to tax reflected on the underlying notice of deficiency for 2017.

Accordingly, to ensure clarity in the record, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 25, 2023, respondent shall file a supplement to the just-referenced motion clarifying respondent's position as to the proposed decision.
