This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's November 28, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session. On November 1, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to tax year 2018 and a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before November 21, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to tax year 2018. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before November 21, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute.
