SHIRLEY ALICE VERNAE WILLIAMS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On April 1, 2022, a Limited Entry of Appearance was filed in the above-docketed matter on behalf of petitioner. However, such submission is procedurally improper, insofar as this case is not presently calendared for trial. Although the case was previously set for trial, it was continued before the Limited Entry of Appearance was filed.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the just-referenced Limited Entry of Appearance filed April 1, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Jonathan A Zandi at 1901 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 1900, Los Angeles, CA 90067.
