On November 30, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On December 15, 2021, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion by January 14, 2022. On February 4, 2022, the Court filed a letter from petitioner dated January 28, 2022. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall re-title petitioner's letter filed with the Court February 4, 2022, as petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, in that the time for petitioner to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is extended to April 4, 2022.
