This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On February 14, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he had sent decision documents to counsel for petitioners for review. We will give the parties additional time to submit stipulated decision documents to the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
