Because of potential health risks to the individuals who would be required to be, or otherwise would be present in the courtroom on February 14, 2022, the Chicago, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin on that date is rescheduled to begin on June 27, 2022. That being so, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed January 14, 2022, is granted, to the extent that this case is set for trial during the trial session rescheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, in Room 3908, 39th Floor, Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60604. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remove small tax case designation, filed January 25, 2022, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that taking into account the June 27, 2022, trial date, the terms and conditions of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order previously served upon the parties remain in full force and effect.
