ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 13, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and that the parties are waiting for calculations. When calculations are received, the Commissioner will send proposed stipulated decision documents to petitioners' counsel for his review. We will allow the parties additional time to file a stipulated decision with the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
