This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 11, 2021, petitioners Robert and Cynthia Williams filed a status report, which indicated that they have turned over documentation to the Commissioner but have not communicated with the Commissioner. We will ask the Commissioner to update the Court with a status report. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 15, 2021, the Commissioner shall file a status report apprising the Court as to the then-present status of this case. 1
