ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On September 24, 2021, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On September 30, 2021, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, wherein she establishes her entitlement to a waiver of the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2021, respondent shall file a response to this Order and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. It is further

ORDERED that the date by which petitioner shall file a proper Amended Petition as set forth in the Court's Order served June 28, 2021, is extended to December 7, 2021. Petitioner is hereby advised that failure to file such an Amended Petition by December 7, 2021, may result in the dismissal of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a form that she may use for purposes of complying therewith.
