On February 22, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order served August 13, 2024, this case was assigned to Special Trial Judge Diana L. Leyden solely for the purpose of disposing of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer assigned to Special Trial Judge Diana L. Leyden. It is further

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Judge Emin Toro solely for the purpose of disposing of the above-referenced motion. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is calendared for hearing during the Court's January 13, 2025, Miami, Florida, trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., in Claude Pepper Federal Building, 51 S.W. 1st Avenue, Room 1524, 15th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130.
