TERRY WILLIAMS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 9, 2024, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision references, and purports to incorporate facts from, a stipulation by the parties. Conversely, the record reflects no such stipulation. (A Settlement Stipulation previously filed in conjunction with an earlier erroneous Proposed Stipulated Decision was stricken simultaneously therewith, to ensure consistency and clarity of the record.)

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed September 9, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
