This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On October 12, 2021, petitioner Larry Williams filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Williams' motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed October 12, 2021, is set for remote hearing at the call of the calendar beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on October 18, 2021. The parties are directed to appear at that time to be heard on the motion.

The parties shall refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served on June 29, 2021, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
