This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Dallas, Texas, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on September 9, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed July 25, 2024.

Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, and unless a Proposed Stipulated Decision is submitted sooner, it is
