KIMBERLY WILLIAMS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served June 25, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file an amended petition and to pay the $60.00 filing fee (or submit an application for waiver of filing fee). On July 16, 2024, petitioner filed a First Amended Petition, an application for waiver of filing fee, and a document titled "Exhibit(s)," consisting of a partial copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2022.

Petitioner's application for waiver of filing fee is incomplete, in that it does not provide a monthly amount for the "salary or wages" received by petitioner. We will accordingly direct petitioner to file a supplement to the application for waiver of filing fee that contains this information.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's document titled Exhibit(s) is recharacterized as petitioner's Attachment to First Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2024, petitioner shall file a supplement to the application to waiver of filing fee.
