ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's October 19, 2020, Miami, Florida remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On June 14, 2021, respondent filed a status report with the Court. On June 24, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, the Court will add this case to its Atlanta, Georgia, trial session, which begins October 18, 2021. Because all trial sessions are being conducted remotely, this place of trial is for administrative purposes only.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session to be conducted remotely, which is scheduled to begin 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, and (3) a clinic letter for Miami, Florida.
