This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On May 5, 2021, respondent filed a status report indicating that he was awaiting documentation from petitioners. On June 10, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, we will give the parties additional time to review documentation and apprise the Court of their progress. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 9, 2021, the parties shall either file a proposed stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
