This case was calendared for trial during the September 30, 2019, San Diego, California Trial Session. By order dated September 25, 2019, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On May 24, 2021, the parties in this case filed with the Court a joint Status Report which indicates that the parties are working towards the goal of reaching a basis for settlement and/or are narrowing the issues for trial. Additionally, the parties request permission to file a further status report in sixty (60) days.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by this Division of the Court and this case is restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 2, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court separate or joint status reports as to the then present status of this case.
