Supreme Court of Florida
Apr 20, 1960
119 So. 2d 786 (Fla. 1960)

Opinion

April 20, 1960.

A case of original jurisdiction — Habeas Corpus.

Clarence Williams, in pro. per., for petitioner.

Richard W. Ervin, Atty. Gen. and Odis M. Henderson, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

This cause came on again to be heard upon the return of the respondent to the writ of habeas corpus issued by this court on March 22, 1960, and the court now being fully advised and convinced that the relator is properly in custody of the respondent under valid sentence imposed in the Circuit Court of Putnam County, Florida.

It is, therefore, ordered that the writ of habeas corpus be discharged.

THOMAS, C.J., and TERRELL, HOBSON, ROBERTS and DREW, JJ., concur.
