MOTION DECISION
It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-respondent seeking to dismiss the plaintiff-appellant's appeal as untimely pursuant to Section 5513 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules is granted. Plaintiff-appellant failed to file her notice of appeal within the required time frame. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
