DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect proceeding, to accept proposed record on review, to forward confidential exhibits to petitioner and to mark case confidential.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the proceeding is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the proceeding is extended to December 8, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to accept the proposed record on review is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to forward confidential exhibits to petitioner is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the office of the Attorney General shall, on or before October 24, 2014, serve petitioner with copies of exhibit A and exhibit B that were attached to the verified answer of respondent Gladys Carrion. Petitioner shall, on or before November 13, 2014, file and serve a supplemental record on review that shall include said exhibits, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to mark the case confidential is denied, without costs, as unnecessary.
