Opinion

Petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. To the extent petitioner seeks review of the Fifth District Court of Appeal's decisions dismissing his habeas petitions alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the petition is denied. To the extent petitioner challenges his convictions and sentences, the petition is dismissed as unauthorized. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla.2004). No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.
