ORDER OF REFERRAL


Under authority of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(3) and Rule 2(f)(9) of Miscellaneous Order No. 6 of this District, it is ORDERED that the following pleadings are hereby REFERRED to United States Magistrate Judge Jeff Kaplan for hearing, if necessary, and determination: Plaintiff's Motion Requesting Extension of Time To File Motion For a Rehearing, Plaintiff's Objections to Court's Order Entered on September 28, 2004 Denial of Plaintiff's Pro Se Motion for Leave To Amend His First Amended Complaint, Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, on appeal, and Plaintiff's Affidavit of Indigency Motion Requesting Court Records, Docket and Transcripts, all filed on October 15, 2004.

All future filings regarding the referred pleadings should be addressed to the United States Magistrate Judge, not to the District Judge, and should be accompanied by a transmittal letter addressed to the Magistrate Judge, so that filings will reach him without delay.
