ORDERED that the motion to supplement the return is granted, without costs, and respondent shall file and serve the supplemental return on or before August 3, 2022. Petitioner may, but is not required to, file and serve a supplemental brief on or before September 2, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the motion to amend the scheduling order is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of respondent is extended to October 3, 2022.
