This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session. By order served December 27, 2021, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 17) informing the Court that petitioner's counsel and respondent's Independent Office of Appeals have reached a basis for settlement and that the parties need additional time to review, sign, and file a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
