         Petition for review GRANTED.

         The issue to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether an insurer who has denied coverage on specified grounds is deemed to have waived all other grounds that it would have discovered by a reasonable investigation, without a showing that the insurer intentionally relinquished such grounds or the insured detrimentally relied on their nonassertion.

         LUCAS, C.J., and MOSK, PANELLI, KENNARD, ARABIAN, BAXTER and GEORGE, JJ., concur.
