ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge.

This case is set for trial at a Special Session scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024. On January 30, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached and trial is no longer necessary in this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Special Session scheduled to commence on Monday, April 8, 2024, in St. Paul, Minnesota is cancelled. It is further

ORDERED that by April 30, 2024, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report reciting that the other party has reviewed the report and agreed to its contents.
